My healing journey started in 2017, when I was feeling lost, depressed and suicidal. In this great inner turmoil, I made myself a promise to do whatever I could to heal myself. By starting to look within, I encountered entities, trauma, and all sorts of negative feelings, such as sadness, guilt, fear, and shame. Up until then, I had been smoking cannabis and using other recreational drugs to make myself feel better, escape from my emotions and inner world. Even then, in 2017, I tried antidepressants, which actually gave me a similar feeling of high as the drugs I had taken in a nightclub. By starting to look within, I discovered many unpleasant things from the past, not only the memories of what I had experienced, but also the hurt I had projected onto others.

Back then, in 2017, I started attending Reiki sessions and experienced Brandon Bays' Journey Method. These were the first two spiritual healings that opened my path to healing and finding answers. Subsequently, I started practising more yoga, learning about Kabbalah, and exploring other spiritual teachings. In my quest to find healing and get to the bottom of what was going on with me, I was drawn to my first shamanic course in London. It was with Anthea Durand, titled Ancestral Healing Practitioner Training. Although I was not looking to become a practitioner straight away, the course allowed me to become acquainted with shamanic work and address my own ancestral issues.

I continued on the shamanic path, learning from various teachers for several years. I have remained a dedicated student of the shamanic path and continue a daily practice of shamanic adventures.
