Shamanic and Energy Healing
In my energy healing work, I offer two complementary techniques. Sacred Fire is a technique for tuning in to energies through verbalisation and description. It's an excellent technique for reading someone's aura, seeing what is unique about them, sensing the shadow aspects of the past, and seeing their highest potential. This is something everyone can learn, and I offer training sessions to help others learn it.
Shamanic journeys go deeper. Smooth shamanic journeys take a little bit of practice, developing the connection to spirit animals and familiarity with the shamanic realm. In the journeys, I work on a deeper level and with overarching themes. The journeys are based on the intention that is set beforehand. The journeys are great for transforming deep underlying energies, bringing back lost soul parts, and clearing away emotional baggage.

Shamanic Journeys
Shamanic journeys take the form of guided meditation, going on a journey with the drum. In these guided journeys, deep transformation occurs at an energetic level. In the journey, we work in the shamanic realm, being guided by a power animal and working closely with the elements, such as fire and water, but in their energetic form. The journey is soothing and healing on a deep level by connecting to the spirit world and healing the soul.
Soul Retrieval
Soul Retrieval is a foundational practice in shamanism. It entails bringing back lost soul parts to your energy system.
Energy Clearing
Energy clearing is another typical part in shamanic practice. Letting go of the old and releasing stagnant energies is the first step in moving forward.
Entity/spirit clearing
It is not uncommon for people to walk around with entities in their energy field. Some can be fairly mild, but others can be very disruptive. Removing them is the first step in balancing energies.
Other Journeys
Other journeys of interest would be inner child, past life, ancestral healing. If there is anything in partiicular please get in touch.
